"I am a senior citizen and I am always misplacing something that Bryan has sent me or I don't understand something my policy. "So I called today to talk to David about getting my refund back. I was told he was in meetings at nine something.This morning the lady told me that he would call me back. I called him back at four thirty she says still in meetings. been in meetings.All day couldn't take a break.
